“The Bechstein arrived earlier than promised, was tuned on site and looked breathtaking in the orangery. Our guests could not stop photographing it, and our pianist said it was the finest instrument he had played all year.”

What is included?
Your piano is prepared before it leaves the workshop. Specialist delivery, positioning and collection are included. Optional on-site tuning is £100 excluding VAT (£120 including VAT) per technician visit. Non-standard access is assessed and quoted in advance.
Can you coordinate with our venue?
Yes. We can speak with your planner or venue team about the route into the room, floor levels, positioning and delivery and collection timings. Tell us about any steps, narrow doorways or restricted access when you enquire.
How much will the hire cost?
The current fleet starts at £1,434 including VAT for the first active hire day. The instrument and length of hire determine the price. We provide a written quotation and explain any optional extras before you reserve. Delivery and collection days do not count as hire days.
How do we reserve a date?
